
Regional Manager, Employee Relations

- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies across multiple locations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Serve as a resource and advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with HR team and legal counsel to develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Train and coach managers on effective employee relations practices and provide guidance on handling difficult situations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential employee relations issues.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to foster a positive work environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of employee relations professionals and provide guidance and support for their professional development.
- Represent the company in unemployment hearings and other legal proceedings related to employee relations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, legal, and compliance, to ensure consistency and alignment in employee relations practices.
- Monitor and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures across all locations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.
- Continuously review and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Employee Relations Issues And Resolving Conflicts.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees.
