Respiratory Therapist
Lincare Holdings is looking for an experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating lung and breathing disorders of patients in our care. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose respiratory disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and families on proper use of respiratory equipment and treatments.
- Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
- Administer respiratory medications and therapies.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of respiratory care techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in research and clinical trials as directed.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Cpr) Certification
Possess A Valid State Respiratory Therapist Licensure
Proficient In The Use Of Medical And Respiratory Equipment
Knowledgeable In The Administration Of Oxygen Therapy
