Job Description

Research and track localized digital assets as needed and log data into digital asset management and internal inventory systems with an eye on proper file structure and localization terminology. Provide assistance in global localization queries to ensure timely delivery of assets. Process and track invoices from receipt to final payment, create purchase orders in SAP, wire transfers and manage spending for the Global Localization team. Send progress reports and provide cross functioning support with other team coordinators in asset management and screening operations. Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience working in localization facility or studio environment.
Working experience with SAP or similar software to process and track payments helpful.
Working experience with digital asset management or file delivery programs is a plus.
Knowledge pertaining to physical and digital localized asset formats and file types.
