Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Adviser to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. We value our customers and are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills who is committed to providing a first-class customer service experience. The successful candidate will be an excellent listener and communicator, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years’ experience in a customer service role. You should be confident in using computer systems and be comfortable working with data. You will have a genuine interest in helping customers and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.We are looking for someone who has a friendly and approachable attitude, with the ability to work in a team and independently. You must also be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.If you are passionate about delivering an excellent customer service experience and believe you can make a positive contribution to our team, we would love to hear from you.
