  1. Lead and conduct user research initiatives to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  2. Translate data-driven insights into actionable solutions that drive the design and development of digital products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and design appropriate methodologies.
  4. Develop research plans, including recruiting methods, data collection techniques, and analysis approaches.
  5. Utilize various research methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing, to gather user feedback and insights.
  6. Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify key themes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and provide guidance on how to incorporate insights into product design and development.
  8. Proactively monitor industry trends and best practices to inform research strategies and improve the overall user experience.
  9. Mentor and guide junior research team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in user research.
  10. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest research tools and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including external partners and vendors, to support research efforts.
  13. Continuously advocate for a user-centered approach and promote a culture of research and empathy within the organization.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on user research and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  15. Drive the use of research insights and data to inform decision-making and drive business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Design Research, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience (Ux) Research And Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Research Projects, Including Planning, Recruiting, Conducting, And Analyzing Both Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Thinking Principles And Experience Applying Them In A Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
