As the ServiceNow Service Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the day-to-day management of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring the smooth operation of all ServiceNow services and systems. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in IT and ServiceNow, with experience in managing and developing ServiceNow applications. You must have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow deployments and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its components. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
