Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Pensions Analysis & Insight Manager to join the Lloyds Banking Group and lead our pensions analysis and insight team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong knowledge of pensions and financial services. You will lead a team of specialists to develop deep analysis and insights on workplace pensions, as well as providing guidance to the pensions team and senior management. You will be responsible for interpreting data to develop strategic recommendations, and for communicating complex analysis in a clear, concise and meaningful way. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have at least 5 years’ experience in pensions, analytics and/or financial services, plus in-depth knowledge of workplace pensions and the UK regulatory framework. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You should be able to think strategically and develop actionable insights from data, as well as being able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
