Job Description

At loanDepot, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Systems Analyst to join our team. This individual will be a key contributor to our Accounting Systems Administration team, providing expert-level analysis and support to our accounting systems and related processes. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting processes and systems as well as excellent project management and communication skills.This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and has the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilites:

Provide expert analysis and support to the accounting systems and related processes.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of accounting processes and systems.
Manage, monitor and execute accounting system projects.
Analyze and document current and future accounting system requirements.
Identify accounting system trends and potential areas of improvement.
Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to accounting systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting system developments and changes.
Implement accounting system updates and upgrades.
Develop and maintain user manuals and other documentation for accounting systems.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting
Cpa Or Mba Preferred
+ Years Of Experience In Accounting Systems
Strong Knowledge Of General Accounting Principles And Reconciliation Procedures
Experience With Loan Servicing And Financial Software
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Sql
Excellent Problem Solving And Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment
