Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote loanDepot's products and services.
Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate loan options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in loan products to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to ensure a smooth and timely loan process for clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and development opportunities.
Represent loanDepot in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's success.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand knowledge and network.
Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications

Demonstrated Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Home Services Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
