• Originate and process loan applications in a timely manner. • Manage a high volume of loan processing and underwriting while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Develop a deep understanding of the mortgage and loan market. • Keep up with changing industry regulations. • Help customers find the best mortgage loan options for their needs. • Deliver excellent customer service. • Maintain a working knowledge of mortgage loan products and the loan process. • Communicate effectively with customers, loan officers, and other colleagues. • Stay current with industry trends and developments.
