  1. Lead the development and implementation of loanDepot's CRM platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key features and functionality.
  2. Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with loanDepot's business objectives and customer needs, while also staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and use this information to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure that the CRM platform meets business needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CRM platform's capabilities and functionality, and serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers.
  6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the CRM platform.
  7. Lead the planning and execution of user acceptance testing and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  8. Act as a project manager for all aspects of the CRM platform, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  9. Train and support internal users on the functionality and best practices of the CRM platform, and serve as a point of contact for any questions or issues.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in CRM systems, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of loanDepot's CRM platform.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and performance of the CRM platform.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, and work collaboratively to drive new ideas and solutions.
  13. Manage and mentor junior product team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
