We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training Manager to join our team at LOEWE. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related field• 5+ years of experience in a training role• Proven success in planning, organizing, and leading training initiatives• Experience with leading virtual training sessions• Strong understanding of adult learning principles• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute training programs and initiatives to meet organizational objectives • Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training materials • Evaluate employee learning and knowledge retention after training • Lead virtual training sessions and provide feedback and guidance to participants • Coordinate and manage training events and activities • Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners • Monitor and report on the success of training initiatives • Create and maintain learning management systems • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices • Assist in the development of training budgets and track expenses
