The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement in a healthcare setting, and possess a deep understanding of process analysis and re-engineering. Additional qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field are preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

3. Research best practices and industry trends to stay up to date on the latest process improvement techniques.
4. Work with stakeholders to understand the current process environment, and to ensure that new solutions are in line with organizational goals.
5. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
6. Track and report progress on process improvement initiatives.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
8. Train and mentor other team members on process improvement techniques.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that process improvements are implemented.
