Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred. We also require a demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient-centered, high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
2. Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create an integrated and comprehensive client care plan.
4. Monitor and document client progress in accordance with organizational standards and regulations.
5. Maintain current license to practice in the state of Montana.
6. Participate in continuing education activities and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on new techniques and advancements in the field.
7. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
9. Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
