Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and help patients reach their physical therapy goals.
- Conduct assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical personnel.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to state licensing requirements.
- Remain current on best practices and changes in the field of physical therapy.
- Participate in continuing education.
- Adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
