- Lead and oversee all aspects of risk management within the customer experience (CX) department.
- Identify and assess potential risks that could impact the safety and security of customers.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to risk management.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential risks and develop appropriate action plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on risk management activities and initiatives.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to risk management and customer safety.
- Train and educate team members on risk management processes and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate risk management processes and make necessary improvements.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the CX department to prioritize customer safety and security.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and work with relevant teams to implement necessary changes.
- Proactively identify potential risks in new products and services and work with product teams to address them before launch.
Extensive Experience In Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Mitigating Risks In A Cx Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Cx Principles: The Cx Risk Audit Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Experience Principles And Best Practices, And Be Able To Apply Them To Identify Potential Risks And Gaps In The Cx Process.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Assess Risks, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Propose Effective Solutions To Mitigate Those Risks.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As The Lead Of The Cx Risk Audit Team, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management. They Should Also Have Strong Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor The Team.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance: The Cx Risk Audit Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa, And Be Able To Ensure That Cx Processes Are In Line With These Regulations.
