8. Monitor and manage medication inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
9. Adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations, as well as hospital policies and procedures, related to medication use and patient safety.
10. Serve as a resource for patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding medication-related questions and concerns.
11. Continuously assess and improve medication therapy processes to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
12. Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills in the field of pharmacy.
