Job Description

Premium Seating Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of suite and premium seating orders, including but not limited to documentation and inputting of sales contracts. Assists the Account Executives to troubleshoot and solve customer service issues. Facilitates flow of communication between the Premium Sales Account Executives and clients. Assists the Premium Sales Account Executives to prepare proposals.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus

  • Knowledge of contract and proposal development a plus

  • Ability to work weekends and nights shifts and occasional holidays
