
Accounting Coordinator
Lovelace Health System is looking for an experienced and highly organized Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy and managing the day-to-day accounting operations for the organization.The ideal Accounting Coordinator candidate will have a proven track record of success in an accounting role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of Lovelace Health System.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Document and update procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Provide support to the Finance team as needed.
