Accounting Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of Lovelace Health System.
2. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
3. Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis.
4. Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
5. Reconcile bank statements.
6. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy.
7. Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. Document and update procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
9. Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
10. Manage internal and external audits.
11. Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.
12. Provide support to the Finance team as needed.
