Clinical Liaison - Behavioral Health

As a Clinical Liaison - Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for providing a bridge between our behavioral health services and the rest of the health system. To be successful in this role, you must have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, as well as at least three years of experience working in the mental health field. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of the behavioral health care system. Responsibilities:

1. Provide a bridge between behavioral health services and the rest of the health system.
2. Promote communication and collaboration among healthcare providers.
3. Provide support to patients and families in navigating the behavioral health care system.
4. Monitor patient progress and assess need for additional intervention or services.
5. Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
6. Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Educate patients and families on available treatment options and resources.
8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
9. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote patient recovery.
10. Maintain professional standards of practice and ethical conduct.
