
Clinical Liaison - Behavioral Health

Lovelace Health System is looking for an experienced Clinical Liaison - Behavioral Health to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected, multidisciplinary team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. As a Clinical Liaison - Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for providing a bridge between our behavioral health services and the rest of the health system. To be successful in this role, you must have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, as well as at least three years of experience working in the mental health field. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of the behavioral health care system. We’re looking for a compassionate mental health professional who is committed to making a positive impact on our patients’ lives. Responsibilities:
- Provide a bridge between behavioral health services and the rest of the health system.
- Promote communication and collaboration among healthcare providers.
- Provide support to patients and families in navigating the behavioral health care system.
- Monitor patient progress and assess need for additional intervention or services.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Educate patients and families on available treatment options and resources.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote patient recovery.
- Maintain professional standards of practice and ethical conduct.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work
Psychology
Or A Related Field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Or Licensed Professional Counselor In The State Of New Mexico
At Least Years Of Clinical Experience In The Behavioral Health Field
Knowledge Of Dsm-V
Ability To Communicate Effectively Both Verbally And In Writing
Ability To Work With A Variety Of Staff And Patients
