
Desktop Support Technician
Lovelace Health System is looking for an experienced and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. The ideal candidate for this role has strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Create and maintain user accounts and configure access privileges.
- Monitor system performance and provide system upgrades as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with training users on the use of computer systems and software.
- Ensure all security protocols are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions.
