LPN Rehab

The Lovelace Health System is looking for a compassionate, highly-skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Rehab team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing quality care to patients with varying medical needs. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing quality patient care and strives to ensure the comfort and safety of our patients.The successful LPN Rehab candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, possess a current and valid LPN license, and have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

2. Ensure patients' comfort and safety.
3. Follow standards of care, best practices, and legal regulations.
4. Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
5. Monitor patient's condition and progress.
6. Document patient records and prepare reports.
7. Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
8. Participate in team meetings and activities.
9. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
10. Assist with patient admissions and discharges.
