Job Description

At Lovelace Health System, we are looking for an experienced and organized OP Physician Office Manager who will be responsible for the successful operations of an outpatient physician practice. The ideal candidate for this position should possess outstanding organization and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping patients navigate the healthcare system. We are looking for someone who is an excellent problem-solver and who has a strong background in medical office management. The successful candidate will bring a blend of enthusiasm, dedication, and leadership to our team. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree• 5+ years’ experience in medical office management• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to effectively manage staff, resources, and operations• Working knowledge of EHR systems and medical billing processes• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality • CPR certification and current medical office management certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the outpatient physician practice in accordance with Lovelace Health System standards

• Ensure high-quality patient care by providing efficient and effective management of resources, staff, and operations

• Create and implement systems and strategies to improve practice efficiency and patient satisfaction

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed

• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Oversee medical billing and coding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Research and evaluate new medical software systems and technologies to improve office processes

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices

• Ensure that all staff members are trained and certified in CPR and medical office management
