Purchasing Buyer

The ideal candidate for this role will have an Associate's degree in business administration or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in the purchasing or procurement field. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the market and research suppliers to identify cost-effective procurement options and better pricing deals for the organization.
2. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and agreements.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality services and products.
4. Monitor and review purchasing orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
5. Track and report on inventory levels, purchases, and delivery timelines.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding the procurement process.
7. Work with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze procurement needs and determine the best course of action.
8. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve the purchasing process.
9. Prepare and present relevant reports and analysis to senior management.
10. Provide guidance and support to other team members.
