1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, and facilities.
2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats to the organization.
3. Collaborate with department heads to establish security measures and procedures specific to each department.
4. Manage and oversee a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
5. Monitor and analyze security operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to security.
7. Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
