Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic leader with an eye for style and detail? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Lovesac is looking for an Assistant Showroom Manager to join our team! The Assistant Showroom Manager will help maintain the showroom experience, oversee sales associates, and ensure the store is well-maintained and organized. You will work closely with the Showroom Manager to identify and resolve customer complaints, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and maintain the store’s visual presence.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to provide helpful advice and guidance to customers. You should also have experience in retail management and a passion for customer service.If you are an experienced leader with a knack for fashion and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee sales associates and provide direction and support.
  2. Ensure store is well-maintained and organized.
  3. Identify and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain the store’s visual presence.
  6. Provide helpful advice and guidance to customers.
  7. Train and mentor sales associates.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor and analyze store performance.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
