At Lovesac, we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Director of People Operations, Systems and Analytics to lead our team in building, scaling, and maintaining our organization’s people operations functions. This role is a critical leadership position in our organization, and will lead our team in developing and managing our people operations systems, processes, and analytics.We are seeking an individual with exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in developing and leading successful teams, and be comfortable managing complex projects. They will possess a deep understanding of people operations systems and analytics, as well as a passion for developing and maintaining an organization’s people operations functions.The successful Director of People Operations, Systems and Analytics will bring an exceptional blend of technical skill, strategic vision, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in developing and managing people operations systems, processes, and analytics • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Create and implement effective strategies for optimizing people operations functions • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of people operations objectives • Design and implement systems and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting • Track and report on people operations metrics and analytics • Lead the team in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies • Manage complex projects and ensure timely completion • Develop and supervise team members and provide feedback • Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions • Stay up to date on best practices and trends in people operations
