We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Customer Service Operations to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.The ideal candidate for this position would have a strong background in customer service operations and possess a customer-first mentality. They should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and maintain processes that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee customer service operations to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
  2. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
  3. Monitor customer service metrics and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Train and mentor customer service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  5. Develop strategies to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  6. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Monitor customer service trends and anticipate customer service needs.
  8. Establish relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  10. Create reports and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
