Responsibilities of an Assistant Guest Service Manager:

  1. Oversee customer service operations, including greeting and serving guests and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  2. Drive sales and generate revenue while maintaining a positive customer service experience.
  3. Train and supervise customer service staff, ensuring they are working to the highest standard.
  4. Manage daily operations and ensure all customer service tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service standards.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer service activities.
  9. Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  10. Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
