Responsibilities of an Assistant Guest Service Manager:
- Oversee customer service operations, including greeting and serving guests and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Drive sales and generate revenue while maintaining a positive customer service experience.
- Train and supervise customer service staff, ensuring they are working to the highest standard.
- Manage daily operations and ensure all customer service tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service activities.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
