The successful Office Clerk will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent attention to detail, an eye for accuracy, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.The ideal candidate should possess: • At least two years of related experience in a customer service, clerical, or administrative role• Proven success in a fast-paced environment• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all office tasks • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Monitor and update customer accounts • Process customer orders and payments • Support other office staff with administrative tasks as needed • Manage incoming and outgoing mail • Maintain office files and records • Assist with office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting • Perform other duties as assigned
