
Center Store Manager
Lucky Supermarkets is looking for an experienced and passionate Center Store Manager to join our team and help take our store to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grocery retail management and be driven to create a superior customer experience. The Center Store Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the Center Store, from ordering inventory to managing personnel. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Center Store, including ordering inventory, managing personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and increase profitability of the Center Store.
- Monitor store financials and budgeting processes, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations and procedures.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate Center Store personnel.
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary changes to improve customer service.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and events to drive sales.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
