Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Assist customers with finding products or locating items within the store • Maintain a neat and organized inventory • Follow store policies and procedures when interacting with customers • Ensure all products and shelves are properly stocked • Operate cash registers and process payments accurately • Handle any returns or exchanges in a timely and efficient manner • Follow health and safety regulations • Assist with stocking and unloading deliveries • Maintain a clean and organized work area
