We are looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Leader to join the LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics team! As a Floor Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our team members while ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You must be a customer-focused, organized, and reliable individual who loves working with people. A successful Floor Leader must have at least 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory capacity, and a passion for empowering employees and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service. • Ensure that the store meets sales goals and exceeds customer expectations. • Demonstrate superior customer service skills and ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor store performance and take corrective action as needed. • Supervise daily operations and delegate tasks to store associates. • Ensure that store policies, procedures, and safety regulations are followed. • Monitor inventory and suggest reordering of merchandise when needed. • Train and develop store associates on customer service, product knowledge, and cash handling. • Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Monitor store appearance and maintain a neat and organized work environment. • Maintain POS system accuracy and ensure daily reports are completed.
