Sales Ambassador

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Ambassador to join the team at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics! Our Sales Ambassadors are the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, building meaningful relationships with guests and helping them find the perfect LUSH products.This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service, the ability to work as part of a team, and the motivation to meet sales goals. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is excited to join our mission of fighting animal testing, protecting the environment and providing a positive workplace for our staff.If you have a warm personality, a flair for sales, and a passion for our products, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: ● Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests ● Assist guests in finding the perfect LUSH product ● Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Work as part of a team to meet sales goals ● Monitor inventory and ensure shelves are properly stocked ● Educate guests on the LUSH mission of fighting animal testing, protecting the environment and providing a positive workplace ● Suggest additional products and services to guests ● Process payments and complete sales transactions ● Ensure the store is kept clean and organized at all times
