At LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, we are searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Sales Ambassador to join our team! Our Sales Ambassadors are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand in a positive and engaging way. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand and act as a brand ambassador for LUSH.We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to provide top-notch customer service and have a desire to help people. Previous sales experience and beauty industry knowledge are preferred, but not required. If you have a genuine passion for our products and are ready to make a positive impact on our customers, this position could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and engaging manner and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of LUSH products and services to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Actively seek out potential customers and provide them with information about LUSH products and services.
- Use excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area and ensure all products are properly stocked.
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
- Keep up to date on the latest LUSH products and promotions.
- Participate in store events and promotions to help drive sales.
- Record customer transactions accurately and process payments.
