Sales Ambassador

LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and creating an inviting atmosphere for customers to shop and learn about our natural, ethical and sustainable products.The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in retail, a passion for the cosmetic industry, and a friendly and outgoing personality. You should also be a team player and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information on LUSH products
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge
• Ensure that customers receive a high level of service at all times
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, and restock shelves as needed
• Promote LUSH’s natural, ethical and sustainable products
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Suggest additional products to customers to increase sales
• Track sales and report daily results
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
