  1. Represent the company in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and attending court hearings.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to minimize and mitigate legal risks for the company.
  3. Act as a key advisor to various departments within the company on potential legal issues and risks.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve potential legal issues before they escalate.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations into any potential legal claims or disputes and provide recommendations for resolution.
  6. Communicate with outside counsel and manage external litigation matters.
  7. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
  8. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactively identify potential risks.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies related to risk management and legal matters.
  10. Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and risk-related matters.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal matters and related documents.
  12. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistency and alignment in legal strategies and decisions.
  13. Uphold the company's values and commitment to safety and well-being of the community in all legal matters.
  14. Contribute to the growth and success of the company through proactive and strategic thinking.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admitted And In Good Standing With The State Bar Of California.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Litigation, Preferably In A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department.

  • Strong Understanding Of Civil Procedure And Litigation Strategy.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advocate For The Company's Interests In Court And In Negotiations With Opposing Counsel.
