  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the claims process.
  2. Investigate and assess claims filed by drivers and riders, including reviewing incident reports and gathering evidence.
  3. Communicate with all parties involved in the claims process, including customers, insurance companies, and legal representatives.
  4. Provide timely and compassionate support to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and accurately.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and their status.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in handling claims.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential fraudulent claims.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve the claims process and provide the best possible customer experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to claims handling.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor new team members on claims handling processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling sensitive customer information.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on claims status to management.
  15. Represent Lyft in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Insurance, Or Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Handling Or Insurance Industry
