Job Description

As the Manager of Corporate Data & Analytics at Lyft, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making and strategy across our organization.   1. Lead and manage a team of data analysts and engineers, providing guidance and support on projects and initiatives.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to identify data needs and develop solutions.
  4. Utilize data mining and analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  5. Design and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehouses and pipelines, to support the organization's data needs.
  6. Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data and analytics, and identify opportunities for the organization to leverage new technologies and techniques.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  10. Act as a liaison between the data and analytics team and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
