
Product Manager, Partnerships

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies.
- Work with external partners to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
- Lead the product development process for new partnerships, from ideation to launch.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to partnerships and product development.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in driving cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
- Represent Lyft and its values in all interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Partnerships, Or Business Development.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Partnerships And Driving Business Growth.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With External Partners.
Experience In The Transportation Or Technology Industry Is Preferred, With A Deep Understanding Of The Market And Competitive Landscape.
