• Lead the development and implementation of Lyft's internal knowledge base, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for all employees
• Manage a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
• Establish and maintain processes for organizing, updating, and verifying information within the knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them
• Drive the adoption of the knowledge base within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate employees on how to effectively use the knowledge base
• Monitor and analyze usage data to evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge base and make improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to knowledge management and incorporate them into the knowledge base strategy
• Work closely with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure that all relevant information is included in the knowledge base
• Regularly communicate updates and changes to the knowledge base to the rest of the organization.
