- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and timely delivery of contracts to clients.
- Oversee and manage the contract delivery management team.
- Ensure all contract deliverables are completed and delivered in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and track the progress of contract deliveries, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all contract requirements are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on contract delivery status and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract deliverables and related documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to the contract delivery team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on contract delivery performance to management.
- Participate in contract negotiations and assist with the drafting of contract terms and conditions.
- Handle any escalations or disputes related to contract delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Contract Management, Or Logistics Management.
Strong Understanding Of Contract Negotiation And Management Processes.
Knowledge Of Transportation And Delivery Systems, Particularly In The Ride-Sharing Industry.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
