  1. Develop and drive the strategic direction of the People Business Partnerships function at Lyft.
  2. Lead a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their success and growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and align people strategies with business goals.
  4. Partner with leaders to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive employee experience.
  5. Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent at Lyft.
  6. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure a fair and effective evaluation system.
  8. Develop and manage programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, growth, and development.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving processes and programs to ensure Lyft remains a top employer.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in people-related initiatives.
  11. Lead organizational change and development efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
  12. Monitor and analyze people data to inform decision-making and track the success of people strategies.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, diversity, and inclusion.
  14. Act as a champion for Lyft's mission and values, embodying them in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate For Senior Director, People Business Partnerships At Lyft Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Hr Roles, With A Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles, Policies, And Practices. They Should Have Experience Working In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Preferably In The Tech Industry.
