Keyholder

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Keyholder to join our MAC Cosmetics team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and join a team of passionate makeup professionals.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, an interest in makeup and beauty, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. A minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience is required. Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily store operations, ensuring all tasks and activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
4. Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and feedback when needed.
5. Monitor sales trends and analyze data to ensure optimal store performance.
6. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
8. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
9. Support store promotional events and initiatives.
10. Remain up-to-date on all new product launches and industry trends.
