We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Keyholder to join our MAC Cosmetics team. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in customer service and retail and gain experience with a leading cosmetics company. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and engaging with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of retail experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping customers. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask multiple tasks. We are looking for someone who is professional and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, product recommendations, and product knowledge
- Open and close the store in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and control inventory levels, stocking, and merchandising
- Ensure that store standards and goals are met
- Train, motivate, and coach team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Communicate regularly with store managers about sales goals and store performance
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Complete daily reports and other paperwork as needed
