5. Open and close the store as needed, including setting alarms and securing the premises.
6. Create a positive shopping experience for customers, promoting customer loyalty.
7. Assist in training new employees and providing feedback on their performance.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Process payments and manage cash drawers.
10. Monitor store security cameras and alert management of any suspicious activity.
