  1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Assist in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service.
  3. Organize and maintain administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling paperwork.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  5. Remain knowledgeable about Macy's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and administrative office.
  8. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  9. Uphold Macy's policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest ideas for process improvement.
