• Research and analyze current and future fashion trends, consumer needs, and market conditions to develop strategies that support the growth of the business.
• Develop and execute purchasing and merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise to ensure availability of desired products.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices on merchandise.
• Develop promotional plans to increase customer awareness.
• Analyze sales data to determine which product lines are performing best and make adjustments accordingly.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of plans.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer feedback.
• Utilize strong communication, quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
