  1. Develop and execute digital media plans to drive brand awareness and sales for Macy's.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop effective media strategies.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new digital media opportunities to continuously improve media plans.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and determine the most effective media channels to reach them.
  5. Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure they are meeting performance goals and staying within budget.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future plans.
  7. Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements for Macy's.
  8. Develop creative and innovative ideas for digital media campaigns to differentiate Macy's from competitors.
  9. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all digital media aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  10. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations.
  11. Stay informed on industry regulations and guidelines for digital media advertising to ensure compliance.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in digital media planning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Digital Media Planning And Buying.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Optimize Campaigns And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And External Partners.
