In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all creative production music and talent initiatives for our company.   1. Develop and execute creative production music and talent strategies that align with Macy's brand vision and engage customers.
  2. Oversee all aspects of creative production music and talent initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and production timelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and visual teams, to ensure cohesive and effective execution of creative projects.
  4. Source and negotiate contracts with music composers, artists, and other talent to ensure high-quality and cost-effective partnerships.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of creative production and talent professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Ensure all creative production and talent initiatives comply with legal and ethical standards, including copyright and licensing laws.
  8. Monitor and track the success of creative projects, providing reports and analysis to inform future strategies and improvements.
  9. Work closely with external agencies and partners to develop and execute innovative and impactful creative campaigns.
  10. Represent Macy's at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the company's creative vision and initiatives.
